When steel plates are rolled, in order to make rolled steel plates regular, we adopt AT89C51 single-chip processor and photoelectric cells, which are detecting steel plates’ deviation degree, by AT89C51 single-chip processor and D/A convertor sending control signal, controlling servo oil cylinder’s action, correcting automatically steel plate’s deviation, that is principle of steel plate automatic calibration control. |
